The RacquetPass System is a one-stop shop for clubs that allows you to communicate with members through a digital platform. Once a member drops off a racquet for stringing, or picks up a ‘demo’ racquet for temporary use, they are immediately notified via SMS message of the transaction that has happened and information on the status of their activity. If someone wishes to check on the status of their string service or the length of time left on their demo, they can do so via the app and be up to date on the latest details of their activity. When the stringing is completed or the demo period expires, the member will be notified immediately so action can be taken accordingly. For clubs - the days of paper copies and handwritten records are over! Staff can review the latest racquet inventory and stringing requests in real time and prepare weekly/monthly/annual reports on activity to address demand and projected needs for the future.
